How shared access works

One person starts first (student or RMCA sponsor) with Google.
Enter the sponsor email and student email — use a parent or personal Gmail you will keep all year (not a school email).

The other person signs in with their Google account and can update the same application.

Avoid school email addresses — districts often restrict them and they change. Prefer a parent Gmail. If a login email changes, contact jhaynie@rmca.club before creating a new account.
